קַלII m., קַלָּה f. (b. h.; preced.) light; 1) unimportant, of minor value; easy to achieve. קל וחומר, v. חוֹמֶר I. Ḥull.XII, 5 מצוה ק׳ שהיא כאיסר a slight religious act which is performed at a sacrifice of one Isar.
